Hands full? Just say the booking.

Tap the mic, say who, what and when, and tap once to book.

With a client in the chair or gloves on, typing a booking is a pain. Tap the mic and say it the way you'd say it to a colleague — “schedule Peter at 5 pm for a haircut” — and Aegleres picks out the client, the service, the person and the time. It shows you what it understood before anything happens; one tap books it.

It uses the same checks as the calendar, so it can't double-book. If two clients share a name it asks which one, and if the time is taken it offers the nearest free times instead. It works in Chrome, Edge and Safari on phones and computers, and you can always type instead.

  • Understands natural sentences — “hey, can you book Jordan Friday at 3”
  • Shows what it heard before booking; nothing happens without your tap
  • “Which Peter?” when names match, and new clients added by name
  • Suggests the nearest free times when the slot is taken
  • Same rules as the calendar: hours, time off, cleanup time, rooms

Questions about book by voice

Does it cost extra?+

No. It's included in the plan and uses your browser's own voice typing.

Can it book the wrong thing?+

It always shows the booking first and waits for your tap, and the calendar's own checks stop double-bookings.
