Who we are

Aegleres provides booking and management software to beauty and wellness businesses ("businesses"). Each business is our customer and controls the client information it stores in Aegleres.

Information we handle

On behalf of businesses, Aegleres stores information their clients provide when booking — such as name, phone, email, appointment history, and any notes or intake/consent forms the business chooses to collect. Businesses may also store medical charting. We process this information only to provide the service to that business.

How information is protected

Each business's data is isolated so that one business cannot access another's. Access is limited to the business's own authorized team members and enforced by strict database-level rules.

Text messages (SMS)

If a business enables SMS, Aegleres sends appointment-related text messages — booking confirmations and reminders — to clients who provide their mobile number and agree to receive them when booking. Message frequency depends on your appointments. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

We do not share or sell mobile opt-in information or phone numbers to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers are used solely to deliver the appointment messages described above on behalf of the business you booked with.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new date.
