Using Aegleres

Aegleres provides software for beauty and wellness businesses to take bookings and manage their business. You agree to use it lawfully and only for a business you are authorized to operate.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the activity of team members you invite. Tell us right away if you believe an account has been compromised.

Your data

You own the business and client information you put into Aegleres. You are responsible for having the right to collect it and for complying with the laws that apply to your business, including any handling of health information.

Text messaging (SMS) terms

Where a business enables SMS, clients who provide a mobile number and book an appointment may receive recurring appointment-related text messages — booking confirmations and reminders. Message frequency varies with your appointments. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase. See our Privacy Policy for how information is handled.

Availability

We work to keep Aegleres reliable, but the service is provided "as is" and we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
